Meet Charles-Eric Simons, a seasoned Senior Manager with 27 years of experience in the HR Services industry. His sharp business acumen is matched by his extensive knowledge of HR, making him a valuable asset to any organization. Charles-Eric is a Professor of HR Dashboards, E-HR & NWOW at the Brussels High School, and serves as an HR Expert for Belgian Federal Administrations. In 2019, he joined the TRANSEARCH team as a Partner in the Brussels Office.  He has assisted numerous organizations and companies in restructuring in order to successfully launch new projects or services. He has also taken on interim management roles in large organizations to help redesign them. 

Charles-Eric's career began at top HR Services companies, including SD Worx, SOPRA HR Software, Daoust, and SD Staffing Solutions, where he held various executive roles in sales, marketing, product management, and business unit or country management. He holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from Université Saint Louis Brussels, as well as a degree in Strategic Marketing from ICHEC Entreprises.

When he's not working, Charles-Eric can be found sailing with his family in the Netherlands. He is proficient in French, Dutch, and English.
